The main idea is that everything on the screen is on fire and meteors are constantly falling from the sky!
Prioritize a Starfall Coronet with the LOWEST POSSIBLE Meteor CD. A helmet with 1 random GA and 4 seconds of meteor CD is much better than a helmet with 4 GAs and 8 seconds of meteor CD.
Wildbolt Aspect should go in place of the Aspect of fortune... But Wildbolt is bugged at the moment.

- Ice Armor every 6 seconds
Constantly use Firewall to burn your enemies and generate different procs for your enchantments. Meteor is your main damage, but now thanks to the new helmet it has a cooldown, and remember that any cooldown will generate a barrier!
Cooldown reduction is super important in the build since 100% of your skills are CD.
It's also important to get critical chance, but you need a maximum of 82%, 6% you can get with the critical pot, and another 12% with the legendary nodule on the Paragon.
