Try to get the affixes Life On Hit and Mana Per Second on your gear if possible. This will provide you with infinite mana and health regeneration. You can use a two-handed weapon for more damage in the early game.

For gear, prioritize items that give you "green numbers." Early in the game, affixes aren't as important. Focus on intelligence, Life On Hit, and Mana Per Second. For defensive gear, prioritize armor and life!

If you don't have the legendary aspect, it's not a big deal, but use it if you find one!

You can begin transitioning to an end-game build around levels 50-60, depending on the legendary aspects you find, such as Blizzard, Frozen Orb, Ball Lightning, etc. Check out my end-game build there : https://moba.lol/Mekuna
