Chain Lightening has had a lot of buffs in Season 5, so this build will give you huge AoE Damage, and fast clear speed while leveling. And this build will prepare you to transition into one of the best endgame Sorcerer builds using the new chain lightening unique Axial Conduit
This Chain Lightning Sorcerer build focuses on HUGE AoE damage to clear packs of mobs instantly for super fast leveling speed. Our points are invested into arc lash and chain lightening while leveling which is where most of our damage comes from. With lots of defensive and utility cooldowns to support them.
How far can this build go:
- Speed leveling through to 100 FAST
- Pushing high nightmare dungeons 30 Levels above you for Max XP
- easily take on the pit and level 100 infernal hordes while leveling
Upgrade to Axial Conduit Unique legs when they drop for you. Keep Recharging Aspect on Neck while leveling to stay on top of mana regen

Build Notes
- Freeze enemies with Frost Nova to make them vulnerable
- Use Chain lightning until out of mana
- Use *Arc Lash to build up stun and while regaining mana
- Use Unstable Current on cooldown and on bosses for big damage
- Use Teleport and Ice Barrier as needed.
This is a pure chain lightening leveling build. Most of your damage comes from making enemies vulnerable, stunning them and then dealing big AoE damage with chain lightening.
Tips To Improve: 1. Try to target farm legs on bosses, helltides chests and infernal hordes to get Axial Conduit 2. Always temper your weapons and gloves with chance for chain lightning to trigger twice 3. Always put Recharging Aspect on your neck whenever you replace it, for mana regen. 3. Try to fight monsters up to 30 levels above you for much more XP in Season 5
