Diablo 4 Sorcerer BuildBlizzard Meteor (remove)

I do not recommend leveling with blizzard. This is due to needing a glacial aspect for the build to function and they are hard to come by and level dependent. Duriel is the best source acquire a max roll 925 glacial.

Blizzard is a build you swap to once you acquire all the pieces and have a Best in slot amulet with a max rolled Glacial on it.

Find a leveling guide online and brute force through it, then farm NM dungeons in WT3/WT4 where enemies are at least 10 levels above you (Your level -44 is the minimum sigil you want to run) So at Level 90 you want to run T46 and above.

If you are in early endgame L70+ using this build, you may want a prodigyt aspect to keep your mana right.

Meteor Enchantment has an 8% chance on Lucky hit to cast a meteor from above. Combined with the Starfall Coronet Unique helmet meteor will be crushing. It also allows us to get higher damage from Devouring blaze.

Frozen Orb Enchantment is taken for damage, to freeze enemies faster, and as another source of vulnerability at 30% chance on the end explosion.

Uniques

Starfall Coronet Unique Helmet gives new life into meteor, as it's been a dead skill for a while. It changes meteor into a 6 second cooldown skill with 2 charges. It gives meteor the enhance functionality of dropping 3 additional meteors around it and allows for an extra meteor to drop from enhanced meteor and meteor enchantment

Tibault's Will Unique Pants: While unstoppable and for 4 seconds after gain 1.4x damage and restore 50 mana (affected by resource generation). Resource gain cannot be procced a second time while unstoppable, you must become stoppable then reapply unstoppable

Esu's Heirloom Unique Boots - increases your critical strike chance by 30% of your movement speed over 100% base movement speed. Can get upwards of 50-60% crit chance

Tal Rasha Unique Ring for 1.45x damage

X'Fal's Corroded Signet Unique Ring: Lucky hit: Your damage over time effects have a up to a 50% chance to erupt, dealing 44,743 damage of the same type to nearby enemies

Glacial Amulet to enable Blizzard to spawn Ice Spikes

Shattered Stars to add meteorites to meteor for more damage and a burn source

Frozen Tundra to increase our ice spike radius and enables Deep Freeze to be used offensively, especially good against suppressors

Ancient Flame to increase our attack speed by 50%

Glyphs

Reinforced: 15% damage reduction with a barrier and 125% bonus to rare nodes

Elementalist: 5% damage to specific enemies, stacking up to 15% per element that damage is dealt to it (fire, cold, lightning) and 75% bonus to all Non-physical damage and resist nodes

Flame Feeder: 10% direct damage to burning targets and (+)damage to burning enemies

Stalagmite: + Ice spike Damage and (+)10% ice spike critical strike chance

Destruction: (+)Crit damage and a stacking 2% damage multiplier for 12 seconds for critically striking, up to 12% damage

Enchanter: +Non-Physical Damage. For each skill equipped in your enchantment slot, gain 5% to the Max resist of that element. Acts as a multiplicative glyph by buffing frigid fate legendary node by 8.58%

Control: (+)Damage to crowd controlled enemies and 10% damage to slowed or chilled enemies and 20% damage to frozen or stunned enemies

Legendary Nodes

Icefall: Frost skill deals 15% more damage to vulnerable enemies, 30% if frozen and vulnerable

Frigid Fate Legendary Node You deal bonus damage to Vulnerable enemies equal to 10%[x] of your total damage bonus with Cold, up to [x]30%

Sorcerer has 6000 Base Armor with Max IP Gear, 3 Skulls in Jewelry, 300 strength, and 200 from Paragon

Conveniently Armor Requirements accurately equate to a point system 29.2% Armor Roll = 1 point 900 Armor Potion = 1 point 66% Disobedience = 2 points 99% Disobedience = 3 points

T100 NM Dungeon =13,440 Armor = L154 Enemies 4 Points Needed to Cap Armor

Gauntlet = 11,200 Armor = T70 NM Dungeon = L124 Enemies 3 Points Needed to Cap Armor

Overworld = 9,350 Armor = L100 Enemies 2 Points Needed to Cap Armor (Not really necessary though)
