Diablo 4 Sorcerer BuildEternal Ice Shards - Ricochet

Ice shards can be rough to level with and in early endgame until you get your mana right. Do what you can and codex aspects as needed such as prodigy and piercing cold. Frozen orb enchantment can be dropped for frostbolt enchantment in conjuction with an umbral on a ring to bolster mana regen. 3 point in fiery surge can also help bolster mana regen.

Get Esus Heirloom and Tal rasha from Varshaan at the tree of whispers. Acquire mats killing seasonal mini bosses in dungeons/helltides and they sometimes spawn after world bosses. Farming whispers from the seasonal event also helps acquire these materials.

Get Soulbrand and Tibault's will from Duriel using Shards of Agony (from Grigoire via Living steel helltide chests) and mucus slick eggs (from Varshaan).

Boss mats are best spent doing 4 man rotations. These groups are very easy to find on the official Diablo 4 discord. Have everyone link their mats and alphabetical order is typically standard and best. Sell every 4 runs. You will rarely get scammed out of mats this way, I never have.

Ice shards is typically ran with destructive ice shards for vulnerability. When you can get vuln from different avenues such as chain lightning enchantment, you are free to run greater ice shards for ricochets. With high lucky hit chance the avalanche key passive has high uptime with a frozen memories aspect that lets you get 2 free 40% damage casts. Simply cast into packs and watch them ricochet and take stuff down.

Suppressors can be a bit of an issue, but you can teleport in with frost nova and nuke them.

The Avalanche Key passive with the frozen memories aspect double procs carry most of our mana as it provides two free casts. The unstoppable from teleport and flame shield can be used to proc the mana regen from Tibault's will when you miss a few casts or get unlucky on Lucky hits.

A Prodigy ring aspect can be used if you are really struggling. You can drop storm swell.

Chain Lightning enchantment is a good way to get back mana and apply vulnerability with the static surge legendary nodes. You will see it on a lot of builds.

Firebolt enchantment is ran to utilize damage to burning glyphs and the devouring blaze aspect for extra damage.

Helmets - Harlequin crest can be used if you want. My reccomednation would be to take disobediance on your amulet and lose storm swell or accelerating.

Chests - Raiment is not advised. The builds entire design was meant to let ice shards function without it. I hate raiment. I only use it in helltides.

A legendary chest with say everliving can also be slotted if you feel like you have good barrier uptime, but i highly reccomend soulbrand to keep the barrier constant.

Gloves - Frostburn or Fist of Fate can be ran if you feel inclined. You would drop storm swell or accelerating. I would not suggest frostburns unless you have a Harlequin Crest to make up the loss of Ice shard ranks.

Storm swell can also be dropped for aspect of fortune (gloves) to get more lucky hit chance

1) Reinforced - 15% DR with barrier and bumps our resists and non-physical damage

2) Elementalist - 10% damage and buffs to Non-Physical and All Resist

3) Tactican - 10% damage for 4 seconds after using a defensive skill, and bumps our damage to burning enemies and damage reduction from burning enemies.

4) Destruction - 12% damage and large additive critical strike damage

5) Enchanter - Non-Physical damage and buffs the Frigid Fate Legendary Node that gives us up to 30% multiplicative damage to vulnerable targets

6) Flamefeeder - 10% damage and damage to burning

7) Exploit - 10% multiplicative damage and damage to vulnerable enemies

Legendary Nodes Frigid Fate - 1.28x additional damage to vulnerable targets Static Surge - Allows our Chain Lightning Enchant to refund mana and provide vulnerability Icefall - 1.15 frost skill damage to vulnerable enemies. 1.3x if they are frozen
