Tankiest of the Setups, stroll through stunned enemies with a ton of DR Soulbrand can be ran with Disobedience pants for comfy farming and permanent barrier

This build has a 66% disobediance and 1 armor roll. To cap for T100 you will need

Note: if you have starless skies you can afford to drop resource support. This opens you up to run arcing and burning for even more damage. Take the 4 points to get 3 ranks Devouring blaze by giving up the 5 points to get to frigid breeze.

When leveling you cannot use Ball Lightning without the Gravitational Aspect. >I suggest you start with Arc Lash and/or Chain Lightning until you get yourself around level 60 and land a gravitiational aspect.

Codex Aspects

Focus on aspects that can be acquired via the codex until you start to get acceptable 3/4 Best in slot pieces. Save your max rolled aspects for your endgame pieces. There is nothing worse than waiting for an aspect to drop to complete a piece.

Resource Management

Ball Lightning builds generate the most mana when enemies take longer to die because of Wizard's Ball Lightning. The more times you hit an enemy, the more Crackling Energy you make and pickup.

A good way when leveling to keep your mana up is to drop the Lightning Spear enchant for the Frostbolt Enchant. The trick here is to codex 2 aspects onto your rings, these are Prodigy and Umbral. Prodigy will generate 15-25 mana when using a cooldown skill. Umbral will generate 1-4 mana when you crowd control an enemey, which occurs everytime you hit an enemy with direct damage, such as from *Ball Lightning**

Power Leveling and Enchantment Materials

Nightmare Dungeons yield the highest amount of XP. Try to farm at minimum tiers with enemy levels no less than 10 above your current level if you are able. >If you are level 70, these are T26+ Nightmare dungeons. Nightmare dungeons are packed with elites and should provide a large amount of Veiled Crystals

Helltides are a good source of forgotton souls, living steel for farming Duriel, and XP from opening chests with cinders. Save your forgotten souls, do not spend them frivelously. Souls and Veiled crystals are the biggest material gate in the game

Pick Two of Control, Territorial, and Exploit

Drop Raiment and run a Soulbrand or an everliving chest with Total Armor Damage Reduction DR Close DR Distant

For flickers you want move speed over cooldown on amulet trust.

Run Lightning Spear enchant and Teleport Enchant, Raiment and regular disobedience pants. Tibaults can fly if you have a disobedience helmet.

Firebolt/Teleport Enchant is an option. Drop 2 points out of Flame Shield and 2 out of ice blades to get the 3 ranks DB. Amulet can be conj mastery or DB. not a huge deal
