Build Summary

The build makes use of the very strong ball lightning aspect that makes them orbit us to pretty much play like an electrical lawnmower that just runs over everything at Lightning speed and we have a ton of defense with barriers and fortify thanks to the vamp powers from the season as well as having Teleport in one of our Enchantment slots so that we can teleport all over the place and through walls making the build very fast and smooth to play.

Gameplay Loop

Cast some ball lightnings to prepare before getting to a pack, try to cast them while above 100 mana.
use Flame Shield offensively as it gives Mana reduction and makes you unstoppable.
Walk around collecting crackling energies while spamming ball lightning.
Teleport to the next pack and rinse repeat.
Frost Nova and Ice Armor are just filler skills, very helpful to use them for the barrier when you use CD's

How It Works

IMPORTANT NOTE you have 2 skill points in this build to do what you like with in the build planner I have those 2 points assigned to "Potent Warding" and "Elemental Attunement", you can move those into one point in "Ice Armor" and one point in "Frost Nova" if you would like how ever I have cleared NMD100 without the use of both skills I just have them in since I have +Defensive Skills on my neck that I go over in the Video version of the guide.

There are many different ways to make the Ball lightning Sorc work and function right away as soon as you get the "Gravitational Aspect" is when the build really starts to come online.

No Uniques are required for this build to work, but there are many really good ones that benefit the build greatly for example: 1.Raiment of the Infinite - Works exceedingly well for grouping things up pulling them in to make our clear times much faster and is easily obtained from the new End game boss "Varshan". 2.Tibults Will - very strong pants that helps a ton with resource management as well as giving us huge amounts of extra damage when we go unstoppable. 3.The Oculist - Very good Wand for speed farming as it gives us a ton of ranks to Teleport reducing its cool down and working in tandem with Raiment. 4.God Slayers Crown - very strong damage option and pulling enemies in as well. 5.Soulbrand - Very Tanky chest option will make you impossible to kill but prefer Raiment for more damage and utility 6.Esu's Heirloom - Nice for speed farming lower content

In-Depth Explanation

Going over Unique's in Detail

Number one Unique you would want to get with this build right away would be the Raiment chest, it just gives so much utility and damage that its hard to pass up on.

Number two Unique you would want to add is the Tibault's will pants, these just give so much damage if you can get them on a max roll and resource as well giving us even more damage then you would also want to move the aspect of disobedience to your helm slot.

Number three would be the new unique umbral ring that gives us 4x15% increased damage if you make use of the pox vampire power in season 2 you can get poison procs and also you would have to swap around your skill tree to have ice blades in the build as your form of frost damage, I would drop the one point in Potent Warding and two points from Conduction and then place them in Ice Blades picking up "Summoned Ice Blades" as that CDR will help the whole build out, You would want to replace the conceited aspect on your ring and move it to your gloves loosing the aspect of control for more consistent damage.

Number four would be the Oculist wand if you are going for more of a speedy build then just move the aspect Elementalist from your wand to your glove and loose Conceited, you would also have to swap a vampire power around for metamorphosis if you want to get rid of the random teleport from Oculist, I would swap Accursed Touch with Metamorphosis since you can use that to apply your curse now for vulnerable too.

Then Lastly would be either God Slayer Crown or if you are lucky enough to get Shaco/Harlequins Crest, but I prefer to have all the previous uniques and then leave my helm slot open for disobedience aspect and the max mana roll plus the armor you can get on helm, I would personally not replace it with god slayers but if you really want to then move the disobedience to your amulet, as I don't think loosing disobedience is a good option for any variant of the build, Lastly If I was ever lucky enough to get a Shaco I would replace that immediately as its just too good to pass up on, and then move disobedience to the amulet.
