Dance of Knives is the perfect leveling skill. Most of our time leveling is spent running, given that, what could possibly be better than running and killing at the same time?
Don't expect to have all the Aspects or even the materials to imprint your items with them early on. This is just a guideline early on.
Don't imprint your Melee Weapons because you will be replacing them often. On the other hand, do imprint your 2H with Star Shards and Amulet with Stolen Vigor, as these are the most important Aspects for leveling.
Once you reach the midgame and have access to most Aspects and Tempering Manuals you can transition to focusing on Victimize.

- Cast Dark Shroud.
- Cast Shadow Imbue.
- Cast Caltrops on tough Elites/Bosses.
- Cast Smoke Grenade on tough Elites/Bosses.
- Channel Dance of Knives.
- Cast Shadow Step for Unstoppable.
For the best way to level up follow these steps:
- Level in Normal/Hard
- Helltides until level 15.
- Do the Class Quest to unlock Specializations.
- Helltides until level 20.
- If you were previously in Hard, lower the difficulty to Normal because Quest XP isn't buffed by difficulty increases.
- Progress through the Vessel of Hatred Campaign.
- If you have finished with the Campaign and still need to get levels you can prioritize doing Infernal Hordes.
