Diablo 4 Rogue BuildS4 Flurry Icy Shadow Leveling Build 0-100
If you like big satisfying shadow and ice explosions, this build is for you. I used this build to Level from 1-100. This build has insane mobility, Crowd Control, and is extremely fast at killing packs and flying through hell tides, Nightmare dungeons, and the Pit. However for its crazy crowd clearing ability it does lack a little when it comes to boss damage. But this is a leveling build, not intended for end game Bossing
Stat Rolls are listed in order of Most to least important
Most important Aspects: Encircling Blades, Icy Alchemist, Shared Misery, Undying, Frostbitten. The rest fill in as you're able.
Tempering Stat Priority Weapons: Damage to crowd control followed by Flurry Size. Jewelry: Damage To Crowd Control Followed By Shadow Imbuement Casts Armor: Resistances Followed By Freeze Chance
Build Notes
Dive packs with shadow imbuement, alternate between puncture and flurry, dash out and engage on the next pack. Use caltrops for bigger Elite packs for extra damage and crowd control. Its a pretty basic combo points build, but is super satisfying to play and was an amazing leveling experience. Highly recommend it! (Build Guide Video coming soon, will be linked once its finished)
The combination of lucky chance to freeze, icy alchemist, and shared misery instantly freezes packs and explodes them into super satisfying shadow/ice explosions. Although flurry has a low lucky hit chance, and with no lucky hit rolls on any of the gear. Icy alchemist/shared misery/chance to freeze procts every time.
