Diablo 4 Rogue BuildUnstoppable Ranged Rogue Penshot/RF (cold version) NM100+
With this build you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ranged aoe and single target damage thanks to the pure single target power of rapid fire melting bosses and then insane aoe clear of Penetrating arrow, you fly through maps at super speed and are quite tanky as well.
Build Notes
1.Start off by using puncture to apply vuln as well as proc many of our buffs and to build your combo points up. 2.Use shadow/cold imbuement and then Penshot for mobs/elites otherwise Rapid Fire for bosses/Strong Elites. 3.Dash is your mobility skill use as needed. 4.Always build your combo points before using either RF or Penshot.
All the unique's in this build besides the "Condemnation" are not required but they do add a lot of damage and utility to the build to round it off nicely, if you do not have them yet but still want to use this build then just replace them with good armor pieces that have good defensive stats until you can get the unique's. In case of the gloves if you don't have the unique yet try and get +4 to Penshot on the gloves as that would be very important for damage.
The paragon board is very easy to follow as each path connects to the next board with no boards having multiple ways to path, theirs only one path to follow, But try to level up the Glyphs to 15 in this order: 1.Ranger 2.Exploit 3.Combat 4.Control 5.Infusion 6.Chip
Make sure to get all your resistances covered on your helm and chest in the full build as we don't cover them in the paragon boards instead opting for more damage and utility (PS. The Pentinent Greaves have Cold res on them)
Vampire Powers The powers we use here are mainly for increased damage as well as using Metamorphosis to gain the unstoppable to proc our Tibult's will for the damage and resources it gives, one that you could play around with is "Sanguine Brace" swapping it for maybe Resilence or what ever power you would prefer, but the other 4 powers are mandatory.
