- Cast Poison Imbuement
- Cast 3x Puncture
- Cast Death Trap on tough packs.
- Cast Smoke Grenade on Elites for more damage.
- Cast Twisting Blades.
- Cast a 3:1 Puncture -> Twisting Blades rotation.
- Bursting Venoms procs.
- Cast Poison Imbuement once.
- Cast a 3:1 Puncture -> Twisting Blades rotation until enemies are dead.

How to cap Resistances
- Poison Res from Paragon Board
- Both your rings should have the same Resistance. Example: Fire
- Boots should have one other Resistance. Example: Cold
- Gem the last two Resistance. Example: Lightning, Shadow
- Gem one Diamond

- For more safety vs Bloodseekers swap the Prey on the Weak Vampiric Power for Resilience.

- Elixir of Fortitude is by far the best option as it gives you 30% Max Life.
