Unkillable GOD Surge - Perfected Blood Surge

This build focuses around the Cruor's Embrace Unique to chain Blood Surge with Overpowers to hit for billions per second. This is is very easy and simple to play, extremely tanky, visually pleasing and perfect for those of you who just do not want to think much. Go in, hold Q, delete. You don´t even have to move due to screenwide AOEs. Its perfect to chill out and dominate!

Gameplay strategy during leveling

1. Cast Blood Surge.
2. Cast Blood Mist if CC'd.
3. Cast Hemorrhage if out of essence.
4. Move around to gather Bloodorbs.

What Weapon should I use?

Doombringer. If there is no such an item available to you, grab a 1h weapon of your choice and follow the NO MYTHIC version.

Harlequin VS Lucion

The Harlequin Version provides you with a much tankier setup that will prevent all non scripted oneshots from oneshotting you. Lucion however allows for a setup that deals ~70% more dmg. Both are perfectly fine for T8 pushes, but lucion will do it faster with the risk of dying. Keep both in your inventory and swap according to what is happening.

If you die, swap from Lucion to Harlequin to not lose the run.

If you prefer to be tanky, use Harlequin from the start.

If you are pushing 130+ pits, use Lucion for the extra dmg.

If you are boosting people, use Lucion and try to not die.

The Perfect Amulet

The perfect Amulet consists of the following affixes.

Tides of Blood

Coalesced Blood

Imperfect Balance OR % INT

Tempers: Blood Attackspeed and Res Generation.

Ruby vs Topaz Gems

For Harlequin, use Topaz Gems once you cross 60k life to max out dmg. Nothing will oneshot you at this point. A balanced setup of 3 Ruby to 2 Topaz will also work great. 1500 Int is your target.

For Lucion, you are already playing risky. If you are feeling extra spicy and want those big fat numbers, go for Topaz gems. If you feel too squishy, use Ruby gems.
