This build brings out all the best the Necromancer has to offer to bring the undead army back to life.
An Early Game variant focused around no Uniques
Corpse Explosion is used in the early variant to help generate Essence using the 
Essence Generation Corpse Explosion upgrade to supply the Essence needed for 
Inexorable Reaper Sever.
Sever is used as a new Mobility skill

Fer of the Waking Touch is a very unfortunate charm set, as minion size and maximum life are both stats that have very little use to any minion build. The 25% attack speed gained from the 5 piece set effect and 60% from the 2 piece set effect are much worse than the damage multipliers gained from the 
Fer of the Black Shroud set even after accounting for the higher uptime on 
Army of the Dead.
It is extremely important that you get to 100% minion attack speed to fully scale the 
Cult Leader paragon node. To make sure you have enough attack speed, go into your character sheet and add your attack speed with the stat, "Minion Attack Speed". That numbers needs to be 100% or greater.

I make a minion me to build every season. I got to use my this bloodless and ancestral unique temerity charms thanks to diamond mind and hellfire torch, can BARELY break 120 in the pit. Still can’t beat echo of Mephisto torment 12. Idk this guide isn’t very good because I’m actually commenting in one after 14 seasons. You should specify round about total recommended stats for everything relating to damage because the cube, enchanter, and blacksmith take great joy in screwing you out of what you’re trying to get. I’m just beating my head against the wall trying to make this build work in t12. No dice. Do better.

I tried playing with this build, but this just feels so bad. If you want to play with minions this season go with hand of naz, this was garbage.
