1. Pull large packs with Decrepify to curse enemies
2. Keep Bonestorm up during combat
3. Corpse Tendrils on first available corpse
4. Blood Mist as often as possible to keep up Tebault's Will
5. Keep up Skeleton Priest buff
6. Evade to keep up buffs and deal damage

The Season 3 pet will help cover important issues Necros typically face, such as vulnerable and Shadow damage uptime, as well as aiding in single target damage. You will want to pick a ranged skill that has high coverage such as Lightning Bolt + Arcing to apply Dusk and Breaking, and a fast skill like Slash to keep up Safeguard, and taunts with Mockery.
