The Frenzied Aspect is a category 2 attack speed buff, meaning that it will work in full even if you have 100% attack speed on gear/paragon. You MUST have 100% total attackspeed to max out the Cult Master node. If you cannot get this with the Shadowblight setup, you need to use Kalan's Edict until your gear improves
You can use Blood Golem and Corpse Tendrils instead of Reap if you like more boss burst
In Season 4, this is currently one of the best performing builds for all content
Build Notes
Taunt with golem to engage, this will massively buff the golems thorns as it is converted from armor. Getting hit will trigger spikes which will vulnerable most of the screen
Keep up curse and Skeleton Priest. Bonestorm and Skeleton Priest will barrier and heal you constantly. Maximum health scales both effects so its important to get life rolls on gear
Only bother to cast Blight on bosses
