Diablo 4 Necromancer Build1-100 Vampire Leveling & Endgame Blood
Utilize Overpower and destroy everything around you with the new Vampiric Power Blood Boil and stacking all of the juicy overpower goodies from the paragon board.
Build Notes
Ability Rotation:
- Open with Decrepify
- Spam Blood Surge, watching the number on the icon to hit "5" as that is your auto-Overpower.
- Cast Corpse Tendrils after some deaths to vuln, stun, and immobilize things for a juicy overpowered attack.
- Rathma's Vigor Stacks
- Use Blood Wave on a larger group
- Use Blood Mist on a single target boss/elite
- Reap is used to help generate corpses and it doesn't consume Rathma's so you can use it as a form of passive damage.
- Blood Mist is a great CC breaker, single target DPS, or corpse generating ability. Try and overpower it for single target damage to really melt bosses/elites.
Boss Rotation: The same, but just use Blood Mist to help generate damage for you that you can wombo-combo into Tendrils for more Damage. Spam Reap to help generate corpses as well.
This is a very straightforward, but extremely tanky build where you will soak up a ton of a damage and be constantly topped off in health because of the excessive amount of Fortify and Blood Orbs.
This was my primary build in pre-season 1 and it has only gotten MUCH stronger since the start of the game to now. With the increase to Overpower, we rely on being very heavily fortified via Aspects, Paragon Points, and Skills. Fortify increases our Overpower damage significantly.
Overpower is the name of the game with this build. So, we're relying on Rathma's Vigor, the innate Blood Surge, and Blood Boil as our guaranteed sources of Overpower. Reap does not eat your Rathma Stacks, so you can use that in lieu of a Blood ability to help do damage if you're near 12 stacks and don't want to risk it
Since this build drops tons of Blood Orbs we will lean heavier into buffing those via Paragon and Aspects - or even increase the chances of orbs dropping via corpses.
You'll be able to sit in the center of tons of damage and not have to worry, while simultaneously exploding everything around you. Boss clearing is a bit slower, but you just have to work the rotation to keep your essence up!
