This build scales
Golem to be able to deal insane amounts of damage. It's able to summon 3 Golems thanks to
Gravebloom. Its the first build that sacrifices
Skeletal Mages and
Skeletal Warriors while dealing damage with the

Stats
This setup targets all of the best options. Once you have everything, just spend your remaining points grabbing any rare nodes that sound good.
Mercenary
How it Plays
- Keep up
Soulrift - Cast
Corpse Tendrils to group up enemies and gain damage - Spam the
Golem Active
How it Works
This build relies on buff up your
Golems Blood to a massive degree so that the active will be one-shotting everything. This setup takes full advantage of the new
Gravebloom unique getting 2 extra
Golems, then utilizes
Aspect of Fel Gluttony to add a huge damage to nuke to every
Golem active. This setup is incredible for Pit Pushing and Tower Pushing, but is not great for speed farming. When clearing things like Helltides or Hordes, you want the
Ring of Mendeln to add a bit of area of effect to the
Golem attacks, and also swap to
Golems Iron because they attack faster than the
Golems Blood.
Leveling
Follow this build for your 1-60, and swap to the pure Golem setup once you get
Gravebloom.
Soul Rift
Traditionally minions builds have played
Army of the Dead to get access to the
Unyielding Commander's Aspect. However, there are big issues with uptime on
Army of the Dead due to its longer cooldown and the lack of Increased Duration temperings for
Army of the Dead.
Soulrift ends up having much more consistent damage while also giving a massive amount of survivability.
With Season 7 they have also added the ability for minions to proc lucky hit, meaning they are able to proc
Abhorrent Decrepify for increased cooldown reduction. This allows us to easily get great uptime on
Soulrift.
Why Only Buff Golem?
Hybrid minion builds are virtually always worse than minion builds that focus entirely on buffing one minion. This is because only focusing on scaling one minion allows you to scale it much higher than if you play a hybrid build. That being said, for speed farming hybrid builds are actually okay because mobs have a lot less health in lower content, and the extra damage you gain from focusing on scaling one minion isn't needed.
Uniques
Heir of Perdition: Massive 60% damage increase as well as crit chance, lucky hit chance, and movement speed.
Blood Moon Breeches: The crit chance, Golem Mastery, and Hellbent Commander make this irreplaceable.
Gravebloom: Core unique that adds loads of damage while also giving additional Golems for better AOE damage.
Fists of Fate: With a perfect roll gives 50% bonus damage while also having strong stats.
Ring of Mendeln: Extra area of effect for speed farming, though not worth running in pit pushes.
Elixirs and Incenses
With the abundance of herbs now in the game it is now very easy to grab some consumables to either shore up big weakness with your character or to massively increase your strengths. I highly recommend you regularly keep Elixirs and Incenses running. Below I laid out the best consumables to use for every situation.
Elixirs
If you need more of any specific resistance or armor, use those elixirs first. Once your armor capped and resistance capped, look to use the Elixir of Advantage for the extra attack speed. If you're having trouble staying alive and your armor capped and resistance capped, you can use the Elixir of Fortitude to gain a 20% hp multiplier.
Incenses
For incense you have a couple of options, depending on what your character needs.
Core Stat
- Sage's Whisper: Generally the best option as it gives the most amount of damage.
- Spiral Morning: Not a bad alternative, as the all stat gives some armor and also helps hit breakpoints in paragon tree. Only use if there's specific paragon nodes you're trying to reach.
Resistance
- Soothing Spices: Best all around option as it gives +10% all resistances and +2% max resistance to everything. Only use another option if needed to hit resistance caps.
Defensive
- Song of the Mountain: Great early game option for the +300 Armor
- Reddamine Buzz: Gives +750hp, best option if you are already armor capped.
