Blood Surge is insanely powerful in the current meta game as it packs an insane AOE punch while being able to move at an incredible pace thanks to having 200% movement speed. This setup also hits extremely hard in single target, allowing it to obliterate bosses. Overall Blood Surge is a solid S tier build with the ability to clear all content easily and incredibly quickly.
