Diablo 4 Druid BuildShred the Big Dipper
Another build around the unique Tempest Roar, allowing you to stay in wolf form and dish out copious amounts of damage with shred and poison.
Build Notes
- Pop your Grizzly Rage
- Activate Hurricane
- Activate Blood Howl
- Leap onto Enemies with Shred
- Attack enemies a few times in melee to stack the poison, walk a few steps backwards and use Shred Again, it will then activate Blurred Beast Aspect, repeat this step till enemies are dead.
- Activate Debilitating Roar when facing strong enemies, you should have close to 40% uptime, so feel free to spam it as it also gives your Fortify.
Feng is the original creator of this build, in my opinion, his greatest idea was to not use Vulnerability in the build as it creates more problems than it solves, Feng's solution was to focus on double dipping mechanics rather than using more multipliers like Vulnerability.
This build will have mana issues if you miss play, playing without a generator is fine but requires you to understand how mana is generated in the build. Hurricane is a huge source of mana for the build, every critical strike will generate mana, that gets increased with increased spirit generation from our rings. As long as you don’t spam Shred without hitting enemies, you shouldn’t suffer. It feels pretty bad at the start when you are inexperienced, I'd recommend removing Debilitating Roar for Storm Strike until you get better at it.
Here's how the build Double Dips, we apply poison with Shred with our passive Toxic Claws (+2 on our amulet is very important) and the poison will proc thanks to the Blurred Beast Aspect. When the proc happens your Shred will have dealt more damage than normal, and that damage will re-apply poison, so repeating this entire process will increase our damage infinitely. All our damage multipliers that affect poison will also likely dip twice and massively increase our damage.
Grizzly Rage is a core part of the build as it provides us with Unstoppable and additional Crit Damage Multipliers, it’s also the reason we don’t run too much Critical Damage as it will be provided by the Rampaging Werebeast Aspect. To use Grizzly Rage we use the Dire Wolf Aspect that turns this bear skill into a Werewolf Skill.
Be sure to have Grizzly Rage up for Bosses, as you will have mana issue on a single target without it. On Elites and Trash, you don’t really need GR to have sufficient Spirit.
