Diablo 4 Druid BuildSINGING BEAR - Shout - Fleshrender
Fleshrender is a unique Item in Diablo4, truly unique as it allows you to deal damage with your defensive skills. It's damage scales with WILL, meaning it will buff the damage of your skills twice. Invest heavily in this build. This build is a lot of fun, as you just run around yelling at the enemies like and angry bald Italian.

- Activate Cataclysm.
- If an enemy is already Poisoned, Blood Howl can reapply poison to it.
- Debilitating Roar does more damage, but can't re-apply Poison.
- Spam Bulwark it has low enough cd, and it will give you 100% barrier plus a ton of DR and 20% dmg.
Tempest Roar Version
- Poison the enemies with Hurricane When they are Poisoned, spam your defensive skills.
- Activate Cataclysm.
- If an enemy is already Poisoned, Blood Howl can reapply poison to it.
- Debilitating Roar does more damage, but can't re-apply Poison.
This build requires a lot of CDR, so that your Debilitating Roar is below 6 seconds of cooldown, allowing the skill to reset and become your main source of destruction.
Bold Chieftain's Aspect counts twice when used with Flesh Render.
Fleshrender only works on Poisoned enemies. It deals poison damage, that scales with the tag of the skills used to proc it, for example ''Bear''.
Cataclysm should be almost perfectly off cooldown.
The Poison comes from Rabies, let it spread for a second, if you kill the enemies before it spreads you will not deal damage. Rabies cooldown resets with Virulent Aspect.
For the Tempest Roar version, the Poison comes from Toxic Claws.
