Gameplay Loop

the basic operation is alternating windshear pulverize to activate all damage multiplier and resource/life/fortify gen as fast as possible. Use creeper for elite packs to pull them together and one shot the pack (burst damage is about 20-30M now, probably go to around 30-50M once fully optimized). Use blood howl before the combat to increase Attk speed. FAQs

Whats the difference of this build from last seasons nuke/stukebear? - We lost many mechanisms from last season to make basic skill- less nukebear to work, hence we have to include a basic skill in the build, by doing that, we can't have provocation anymore, so our OP counter now only from pulv enhancement, boon and BLT. This lead to a quick attack style to proc BLT as often as possbile. This quickshift playstyle also gels well with current buffs to natural fortitude and poise. So, constant shifting is both DPS (quickshift/resounace/fortify/natures balance/clarity/creeper refresh....) and survival (posie/circe of life/fortify/movement speed from windshear). In short, as long as you continue to attach and shift, you won't die evevn stand in the poison explosion/posion pool/death pulse etc, and frequent procing BLT is our main source of DPS. The burst damage is 20-30 M with creeper which is more than enough to delete elite in 4man NMV100. especially now we farm vault so no boss to one shot anyway.

2.No ultimate skills - the build is too strong atm and ultimate skill is just a waste of spot on skill bar.

3.Uber uniques? - this build dont need any uber uniques. shako could be good for more defense but the +4 skill is not as benefical as you think. it may enable the use tibult those tho. Starless ring is a net loss compare to rings in planner, dont use it. Andy's visage could be interesting to try for more AS. Godslayer is for higher burst damage.

Super important!!! - you need to make sure you have +50% AS from accelerating aspect(snapshot tech) . Jagg +8500 armour also nice but not mandatory, you can have one armour roll to compensate for that. AS is the single most stats in this build!
Bossing? I can still one shot Dureil by swap on Tibults will but the build is focusing on vault farming.
how a bear aproach attack speed cap? - 50% from accelerating, 15% from bloodhowl, 15% from glove, 24% from ASAD.
moving speed? this build use ghostwalker and windshear to get about 170% MS which is not bad, for things like helltide I would use a rare amulet to cap my MS. You can run this build without BLT and cap your MS in NMV100 as well, I have done that many times, you would just have smaller damage number hence 4man carry performance will suffer. Solo is perfectly fine without BLT.
why we use poison tunning stone? it is for the heightened malice node. this node only require you have poison near you, so even if your pet attacking mobs behind you or in a corner, it still benefit. But we do have constant creeper so up to you to change it to something else. I just like it so I don't need to spam creeper sometimes.
resistant cap - you have some resistent for lighting and poison from thunderstruck and heightened malice board, and you rings usally help in 1 or 2 resi, better to stagger these and use a combination of diamond and saphire/ruby to cap all resistance
