Why the huge focus on Berserking right? Well, it's thanks to the new and improved version of Blood Rage the Legendary Paragon Node.

This node now provides us with a multiplicative boost to our damage calculated as 25% of Damage Done While Berserking.

Effectively this allows us to "double dip" into Damage While Berserking, in other words getting double value from the stat.

Better still, maintaining Berserking with this build is not all that hard! We have:

• Warcry for 4 seconds of Berserking
• Wrath of the Berserker for up to 15 seconds of Berserking
• Blood Rage has a 10% chance to proc Berserking when we kill a Bleeding enemy

And we have Relentless Berserker which provides us with up to a 40% lucky hit chance to extend Berserking with our Core Skill in this case Rend

Similar to Berserking damage, Bleed Damage also has a new damage bucket for us to scale! Hemorrhage The legendary paragon node now increases bleed damage by 15% of our Vulnerable damage Multiplicatively.

Not to mention that Barbs being the giga chads that they are, can lock down a ton of vulnerable damage thanks to having four weapons!

So now we have two brand new Multiplicative damage buckets we can scale for huge damage that also have a lot of synergy between them.

But that’s not all! We’re also leveraging Gushing wounds So now we’re also effectively doubling up on this stat too, as it allows us to in simple terms, “crit” our bleeds.

All in all this build takes every stat and squeezes every ounce of juice out of it for maximum DPS

This build has no specific Unique requirements. Though it is at the very least recommended to get all the Aspects recommended above.

Until you're able to get your hands on the Tuskhelm of Joritz the Mighty take the stats as recommended in the gear sheet and use the aspect of Grasping Whirlwind

If you don't have Tibualt's Will Take stats as recommended in the gear sheet and use the aspect of Iron Blood

Tuskhelm of Joritz the Mighty Is a new unique helmet being introduced to the game in season 2. It’s also a big part of why Berserking is looking so strong this season too!

When we proc Berserking from any source there is an up to 60% chance that we gain 15%x damage, 10% CDR, and 2 Fury per second! This is ridiculously powerful!

Tibault's Will is another unique new to this season and is looking to have very strong synergy with the Barb.

The passive on these pants grants up to 40%x increased damage while Unstoppable. This is an incredible match as the Barbarian can maintain a nearly constant state of unstoppable in this build!

To make it even better when we become Unstoppable we gain 50 resource!

And if you're lucky enough to get a Harlequins Crest swap out whatever helmet you're using and if you're doubly lucky and nab a Grandfather you want to (move Limitless Rage to a one-handed weapon) replacing Edgemater.

It's important you make sure to be using your 2-handed Slashing weapon for Whirlwind as you won't be applying a bleed otherwise.

The preferred setup for this build will be Triple Sword for the crit implicit however if you have a weapon on another type with perfect stats I would stick with it until you find a sword of similar quality.

For Item Power the only weapon which this is of any importance is your 2-Handed slashing

Finally for your Weapon Technique set that to 2-Handed Axe that'll net you the most DPS as it adds a new Damage Multiplier.

Make sure you're maintaining uptime on your shouts to not only receive the damage reduction from Challenging Shout but also the healing from Raid Leader.

It’s also important to focus on Berserking uptime too, while berserking you’ll have a powerful damage reduction passive Aggressive Resistance active too.

I recommend that outside of boss fights you pocket (save) Wrath of the Berserker for any time that you might be Crowd Controlled. Though this is a powerful offensive cooldown it can be used defensively in this manner and save you from many deaths!

Here are some simple pointers to help you maximize your damage!

Try to hit as many enemies as possible, this will help maintain Berserking uptime through Relentless Berserker.

VS bosses try to extend your Berserk Window as long as possible by staggering Wrath of the Berserker with your shouts rather than dumping your load from the get-go.

Before entering Whirlwind make sure your Limitless Rage buff is at 60, this can be seen just above your skill bar as a buff icon.

Here’s a quick explanation on which vampiric powers we’re using and why:

Prey on the Weak - This pact provides both a multiplicative damage increase and a new source of vulnerability making it an extremely good offensive pick to boost our DPS.

Undying - With this build, we will be constantly spamming our shouts and thanks to this pact each time we do we’ll receive a 3% life heal, which is doubled if our HP falls below 50% It’s a powerful passive that we can take full advantage off with this build.

Sanguine Brace - Nice and simple 8% crit is godly and when combined with a really reliable and consistent way to generate fortify it’s hard to say no to this one.

Accursed Touch - This will be how we’re applying our Vampiric Curse it also provides a new way to apply Vulnerable. It’s a plug-and-play passive we can slap on and forget about, nice and easy.

Flowing Viens - with this pact we will be provided with a 60%x boost to our bleed damage when an enemy is either moving or affected by Vampiric Curse Luckily for us Whirlwind requires that we’re always on the move, which means so are the enemies making this a must pick for this bleed build.

Triple shouts Yes I know we've seen it a million times but it works! Warcry is an excellent source of Berserking & a nifty Damage Boosy Rallying Cry grants access to near-permanent Unstoppable Challenging Shout a HUGE damage reduction!

And of course with Echoing Fury we gain up to 12 Fury per second with all three shouts active which is MORE than enough to keep us spinning! PLUS! Raid Leader will keep us healthy with a 9% life per second heal while all three shouts are active too!

Wrath of the Berserker naturally this works extremely well with any berserk style build, extra damage, movement speed, resource gen, it's all good stuff!

Whirlwind iconic skill, great damage output, freely moves around while channeling tearing enemies to pieces with a 360 degree cone of attack! This is fantastic for clearing massive hordes of enemies, applying status effects, and proccing Lucky Hits such as Relentless Berserker through sheer attack volume.

Lunging Strike we'll hardly ever use this, but it can make a nice gap closer before spinning up :).
