Diablo 4 Barbarian BuildDragon's Breath Upheaval

Do your barb quest for the Weapon Technique slot once available at level 15. Set it to 2H Axe for the best boost in DPS mid/late game.

IMPORTANT!

Make sure to set Upheavel to 2H Mace, Death blow to 2H Sword & finally your Lunging Strike To Dual Wield!

Damaging Skills

• Upheavel, you'll want to make sure not to miss a cast of this skill, Upheaval is responsible for Berserk uptime ( also it's your main source of DPS ). protip: you can evade to animation cancel upheaval for better speed clearing.
• Deathblow, A huge chunk of damage especially on bosses, you will also receive a nice boost to your fury.
• Lunging Strike, short burst of mobility but really on just for the Walking Arsenal bonus.
• Wrath of the Berseker, Simply use this when you don't like the look of the enemies currently on the screen.

Supporting Skills

• Iron Skin, this skill is our main Defensive. We gain a powerful damage reduction buff as well as Unstoppable which will break us out of and make us immune to Crowd Control**.
• Warcry A good source extra damage, best used on cooldown

Defenses & Utility

• Armor cap is variable depending on your level, however, a general rule of thumb is that you'll want your physical damage reduction to at least reach 85% in the tooltip (hover over armor in the stat sheet) Endgame cap is 9230 armor this is the maximum you'll require.
• Resistances cap at 70% and you'll want to aim to have them all capped, bare in mind that as you move up in world tier you'll receive a handicap to these resistances, so be sure to check them regularly.
• For utility stats, you want to stack as much Cooldown reduction as possible the cap is 75% but it's very unlikely we'll get close to it.
• Movement speed caps at 200%, remember to take into account dynamic sources of movement speed like Berserking or Rallying cry so that you don't over cap.
