This is the fully decked out endgame version.
Caps: -One armour roll should be enough to get you capped. -You can swap around gems for the resistances. -Dust Devil size and additional dust devils are capped at 100 %. You can swap around the dust devils on weapons depending on what rolls you get. Ideally you want to get exactly 100 %. For masterworking focus on strength, crit and vuln. -Get 300 % Damage while berserking for blood rage node in the paragons. You have a lot in the paragons, but may need an additional temper depending on your rolls. Prio 1. Max resource is highly valuable due to ramaladni's. 2. Strength. 3. Additive damage buckets such as crit.

Combo: 1. Hold down WW and deal massive damage 2. Use shouts and WOTB when up 3. Ground stomp on enemies for earthquakes 4. Rupture every 5s 5. Have fun
-We spawn dust devils via devilish aspect and fury generation. -We spawn dust devils via force of nature paragon nodes and earthquakes. -We spawn dust devils via aspect of fierce winds.
And everything we do is to generate as much fury and earthquakes as possible, combined with a bunch of cooldown reduction from rage of harrogath. Do that, and you will gain big DPS.
