This is one of Barbarians strongest builds this season, taking advantage of the Dust Devil's Aspect & Aspect of Fierce Winds to pump out tons of Dust Devils, each doing millions of damage. Whirlwind itself does no damage, we simply use it to proc the aspect. This build takes very little gear to get going, is a fantastic leveling/starter build, and ends up being a strong contender in the endgame, doing up t8s with relative ease.

Technique
Whirlwind: Dust Devil spawning, make sure to tap WW rather than hold - all the damage with this build is the aspect, not WW itself
(Make sure it's selected to dual wield for the weapons)
CoTA: Does decent damage with Arreat's Bearing, spawns Earthquakes for Rumble glyph, and buffs our dmg+attack speed
Shouts: Damage, fury, unstoppable, survivability, cooldown reduction
Iron Skin: Temporarily for survivability
