Diablo 4 Barbarian BuildDW Charging Maelstrom (Leveling & Endgame)
Utilize the newly added Ancestral Charge Aspect to blitz around the map, and smash things to pieces with Iron Maelstrom.
I wanted to go with a dual wielding focused build, but landed on this because it's NOT the primary meta, but it's still such a fun experience across both the new aspect and Iron Maelstrom.
Build Notes
Essentially you'll be using Lunging Strike to get Berserking as well as building damage bonuses towards Upheavel, which you'll then use to do some solid burst.
Then you'll cycle in Deathblow to keep rotating all of your weapons. The name of the game is keeping those weapons rotating! Iron Maelstrom will then hit the entire screen so you'll be using that on cooldown.
As for Iron Skin - Iron skin is now granting you 20% DR AND Unstoppable AS WELL AS a damage buff if you go with the Conceited Aspect which will trigger Ghostwalkers Aspect, so use it when you're in a bind, but also keep yourself Barriered and Fortified for the bonus damage from aforementioned Conceited.
Charge will be used on cooldown to help with knocking things around for CC as well as triggering both Veteran Brawler & Brawler Aspects
You can choose Lunging Strike OR Flay, dealer's choice. If you go with Flay, pick Combat Flay (increased Damage Reduction).
If you don't have Overkill unique, use Edgemaster Aspect on 2h Bludgeoning weapon & Rapid Aspect on Ring #2.
Since this is a Walking Arsenal build, you'll be selecting which skill will be using specific weapon choices. If you're on PC, this is done by pressing "Middle Mouse" when hovering over a skill. For Deathblow & Upheavel, you're selecting a weapon that has the highest BASE damage, not DPS - meaning you want to look at the damage on the screen that's an interval (XXXX - XXXX), not the damage per second. What's key here is that EACH one of these abilities needs to have a different weapon assigned so that you can keep up your Walking Arsenal Build.
