A Tex Mechanica exotica like The Last Word, Dead Man's Tale (DMT) is a scout rifle version of The Last Word and performs better when hip firing. The weapon also rolls with one random perk, most notably Killing Wind for chaining kills, Moving Target for fights at longer range where aiming down sights is better than hip firing, and Vorpal Weapon which allows it to melt guardians in super. The general forgiveness of this weapon's accuracy when hip firing is unrivaled, and you'll find yourself hitting precision shots even when your crosshair is off target. That aspect alone makes it a top dueling option for PvP.
