Landing nearly all Stasis pellets will freeze targets; landing nearly all Solar pellets will ignite targets.

Dual barrels split into Stasis and Solar damage. Strong against [Disruption] Overload and [Stagger] Unstoppable Champions.

This shotgun carries two shots, the first shot will deal Stasis damage and Freeze the target if most of the pellets land, and the second shot will deal Solar damage and Ignite the target if most of the pellets land. This shotgun can lock down a target with being able to indefinitely Freeze, and deal solid damage with the extra damage from Shatter and Ignite.

In PvP this shotgun performs much better than its effective range would make it seem. This is because the first shot will freeze, so if any target is hit by the first shot they are essentially a free kill because they will be frozen. In many scenarios where a shotgun will leave an enemy with half health, Conditional Finality sets them up for an easy kill because they'll be frozen.
