MIDA Multi-Tool is a very vanilla exotic as it is from the original release of Destiny 1. What it brings to the table is increased move speed and radar being available while aiming down sites. This makes it best used in duels in PvP due to the high strafe speed and being able to detect a flank while in a fight.
