Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

Build Details

How It Works
  1. Charge your grenade and send your empowered Rime-Coat Bleak Watcher, Slowing and Freezing
  2. You can either start your Devour loop with Arcane Needle, your Stasis crystals from Rime-Coat or you can run a Void weapon with Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds, giving you a way to get a Void buff for Singularity Blade, making your sword Weaken which will give you Devour through Power from Pain
  3. Hit the targets in it with your Praxic blade to Weaken (Singularity Blade + Devour) and Scorch (Impact core with Song of Flame)
  4. Unravel targets with Arcane Needle for even more subclass verbs
  5. Add an arc weapon with Voltshot or Jolting Feedback if you wanna add Jolt to the mix. I run Bitter End with Attrition Orbs and Jolting Feedback

If you weren't sure if you wanted to Weaken, Scorch, Slow/Freeze, Jolt or Unravel your target, well this build does it all

Armor sets don't matter too much. The most important one is the Sage Protector two-set from Equilibrium to get Grenade and Class ability energy on Sword hit. I put Swordmaster as the other two-set to exhaust on sword hit but something like Ferropotent could work great too. You could also just run the full 4-set of Sage Protector
