This weapon stores Void debuffs when damaging foes, leeching them directly when the target is suppressed, weakened, or volatile. Once charged, [Alternate Weapon Action] to cause damage from this weapon and to apply the stored debuffs.

Armor

Weapons of Light persists after exiting Ward of Dawn. While Weapons of Light is active, final blows or sustained damage grant stacks of The Saint; Void and Kinetic damage sources also trigger a suppressing burst.

Picking up Ward of Dawn consumes all stacks of The Saint and extends its duration based on how many stacks were consumed.

How It Works

Have you ever wanted to play as the ultimate support Titan? Do you like the idea of permanently suppressing, weakening, and applying volatile to every enemy on your screen? Do you want your LFG teams to shower you with love and commendations? Look no further!

This build focuses on a classic synergy between collective obligation and void titan, where thanks to our aspect and fragment choices, our suppressor grenades will apply all three void debuffs. This allows us to easily leech these debuffs with CO and start applying them to every single enemy, ideally while our teammates safely mow them down now that they are completely harmless, or we can swap to our machine gun to do the job ourselves.

How does Collective Obligation work? Do I need the catalyst?

Collective obligation works by "leeching" void debuffs off of targets. When you shoot an enemy affected by suppression, weaken, or volatile, collective obligation will store that debuff. You can then do a special reload by holding reload to enter an empowered state where the gun will now apply any and all void debuffs that were leached before you activated that mode. You can see what debuffs you have leeched and whether or not the empowered state is ready by looking at the scope of the weapon, where you will notice 4 circles. The bottom middle one will light up when the special reload is ready, and the other 3 tell you which debuffs you have leached. From top to bottom, you have suppression, weaken, and volatile. Ideally, you only do the special reload when you have all 3 debuffs leached, which is very easy on void titan thanks to our suppressor grenade applying all 3 debuffs. This empowered state lasts for 15 seconds, after which you will lose any debuffs you had stored and will have to leech them again. One huge tip I can give is to pay attention to when your empowered state is about to end, and find a beefy target to shoot and apply your debuffs too right before its about to end, that way once it does end you can immediately leech all 3 debuffs again off the same enemy you just shot, allowing you to chain together empowered states with maximum debuffs without having to use your suppressor grenade everytime to kick start it. The catalyst for CO adds repulsor brace, which is definitely very nice to have and adds to the already insane survivability this build has, but it is by no means necessary. Between our permanent bubble uptime, constant devour, constant overshields from our barriers, suppressing literally everything, and exodus down 4 piece, repulsor brace is pretty redundant.

How does helm of Saint 14 work?

So in MoT, both Titans ward of dawn and helm of saint 14 got a bit of a rework. Ward of Dawn now has a mini bubble inside of it that you can interact with to "pick up" the bubble to reposition it. Helm of Saint 14 also works very differently now. For starters, it allows the weapons of light buff to persist for both you and your allies when you step outside the bubble, which is great! Weapons of light is a 25% damage increase, and on top of that, dealing sustained damage of getting final blows while WoL is active will give stacks of "The Saint". When you pick up your bubble, you will consume all stacks of the Saint to extend the duration of your bubble. You can hold a maximum of 14 stacks of the Saint and based on my testing, each stack will extend the duration by 1 second. Since you can pick up your bubble twice, you can extend the duration of your bubble by a maximum of 28 seconds, from 40 seconds at base with 200 super to 68 seconds. This should make it pretty easy to chain together bubbles with no downtime in-between them. Finally, while WoL is active, void and kinetic damage sources will trigger a suppression burst. And yes, this works for your allies too. Based on my testing, this does require sustained damage and has an internal cooldown of about 3 seconds.

What should I use in my kinetic slot?

Totally up to you, CO deals with barrier intrinsically and suppression stuns overloads, so if you need to deal with unstops use whatever you want. I usually end up throwing on a conspiracy honed for some boss DPS or a chill clip fusion to deal with unstops.

Gameplay Loop
  1. Throw suppressor grenade to apply suppression, weaken, and volatile
  2. Leech all 3 debuffs with Collective Obligation
  3. Suppress, weaken, and apply volatile to everything
  4. Put down permanent super buffed bubbles for your team
  5. Profit
