Destiny 2 Hunter BuildMy "Perfect" Le Baby Build

This Build obviously isn't Meta. It takes some time and requires you to hit consistent head shots. That being said, I have soloed content with it, but you do have to play somewhat safer than most builds.

I use Fourth times the charm for more shot output. Then I switch between Elemental horning if I have teammates to help debuff a boss. If I'm solo, I use precision instrument because I tend to hit consistent headshots.
Obviously Eyes Unveiled is not necessary here I just love precision weapons. Anything will do.

Reasons I use certain things or things that can be swapped (IDK what to title this):
1) I use Riptide because it has anti unstoppable properties and chill clips which alone takes care of all three champions. But you can use any weapon here. This just deals with barrier and unstops then Le deals with the overloads.
2) I use Eyes Unveiled because it is a void LFR and using Tablet of Ruin makes it better as well as the surges. I use LFR's because I like precision weapons and think I have good aim ha-ha.
3) I use snare bomb, but Phantom Surge is really good as well so feel free to use whatever you prefer.
4) Aspects and Frags I use just because these are pretty basic and good picks that work along with the build as well as other void builds.
5) I use Mobius Quiver for basic content just for the two casts every time and more damage against stronger targets. Deadshot is a stronger weaken so I switch to it when more boss damage is needed or if you want to group up enemies more for Le headshot volatile explosions.
6) The exotic armor I will switch between Fortune's Favor or Gyre Falcon. Just depends on how I feel that day or if I need some more survivability, I will use fortunes Favor. With Fortune Favor you will get more damage along with other stats with a shield up, but gyre will give even more damage along with more volatile.
7) EU technology armor is pretty self-explanatory for even more void damage, but if you are switching weapons a lot you can use the armor set from spire as well.
8) Tablet of Ruin is used for the void buffs that it gives on top of particle reconstruction that is really good for when you need to damage with the LFR. You can go NPA if you prefer for even more void buffs from it.
9) I do weapon stat just for that extra damage then super to 100 to get it back quicker same with class grenade and melee then health isn't necessary since we are trying to stay invisible and will have devour a lot.

Average Gameplay:
1) Throw your Grenade if there are hordes of enemies or melee at single or smaller number of targets to weaken them.
2) Use Le to head shots to burst targets and get area damage. Multi-Kills will heal you and getting orbs which then give devour.
3) Use Riptide or whatever special to burst yellow bar or tougher enemies quicker.
4) Use Eyes unveiled if necessary for super tough enemies where you will get multiple shots off for bait and switch.
5) Use Mobius quiver to burst yellow or champs. If you are using dead shot, then use it to group up enemies and given a big weakness debuff to a champ to then use deliverance and LFR if necessary

Boss Rotation in like a Raid (Note that this is far from Ideal but does something if you wanna use le all the time like I do):
1) Get orbs for surges obviously
2) Use ult dead shot
3) Spam LFR or whatever heavy
4) Use Snare bomb when ult ends to weaken again
5) LFR again
6) Grenade when snare ends if there is still time.
