Rifts periodically release Arc shockwaves. Final blows with these shockwaves create an Arc explosion. While an Arc Super is equipped, the shockwaves and subsequent explosions blind nearby targets. Rift energy recharges faster when you are surrounded by targets.
Build Details
Use ergo sum with arc conductor.
This build is all about close quarters, use healing rifts for survivability and vesper of radius to kill enemies close to you and ergo sum to do even more damage.
Try to bring another weapon for long range when needed.
