Destiny 2 Titan BuildThe War Machine Titan
PvEEvery seventh bullet from this weapon ricochets to nearby targets.
Weapon precision hits or final blows have a chance to load a Kinetic Exodus micro-missile. Activating your class ability fires loaded Exodus micro-missiles. Damaging targets with Exodus micro-missiles temporarily increases the damage you deal with other micro-missiles and Rocket Launchers.
Build Details
This build is a mid-range powerhouse that is extremely simple yet effective in practically all content. It is the only non-melee Titan build I think that can be as effective as Consecrate, and I have used it to great effect in all forms of content.
Utilizing the Khvostov we can load rockets extremely quick with headshots thanks to it's low recoil making it much easier and more reliable to land precision hits then other weapons, on top of that it has some of the best damage a primary can bring and is extremely versatile thanks to it's passives. With it, you won't even need to use an ability to clear ads, and its bouncing bullets make for one of the most plentiful orb spawners outside of abilities. When shooting an orb you're not only proccing alot of passives on your Titan (Radiant, Overshield, etc.) you are also buffing the ricochet damage on top of all that as well, all from a safe distance thanks to shoot to loot.
So, what buffs are we maintaining? Shooting an orb will give you an overshield from Facet of Purpose, giving you a small portion of damage absorption as well as well as regen and damage for shield throw. We're also getting radiant, which not only buffs weapon damage but also increases grenade regen and damage thanks to the same artifact mod. With all of these buffs rolling, you no doubt will have procced Knockout, which you can use to become amplified by killing a target with a shield and also spawning a stasis lance, giving you more damage reduction/speed boost all from the comfort of mid-range or your favorite piece of cover. (Keep in mind if you do not have a melee charge, Titans normal melee will proc amplified on kill anyways!)
Now with all of these buffs in mind, and our synergy relying heavy on orbs, I take Indebted Kindness as my secondary. Any rocket sidearm will do, but Attrition Orbs is a must have. Not only will it get a damage buff from hitting a target(s) with your Exodus Rockets from our Exotic, but on bosses with no ads or during a damage phase on one target, you can spawn an orb of power in only a few shots during your rotation. Doing this means you can upkeep all of these buffs relatively easy even during raid encounters, as well as force an orb to spawn in the unlikely event during a GM where you cannot get a multi-kill.
Thanks to prismatic, our grenades can Jolt to counter Overload champs, our rifle has piercing with radiant, and our sidearm counters unstoppable. You can cover all three enemy types with ease, and when stunned a fully-loaded Exotic activation ontop of a rocket makes quick work of most enemies.
Speaking of Prismatic, thanks to Khvostov being kinetic, and taking Facet of Grace, you will be able to nearly always have it up as well as a low ult cooldown thanks to constant orb pick ups. Remember to use your ult before Hazardous due to it applying weakened to targets!
Depending on the content you're doing and the champs, you can switch out Dominance for any facet of your choosing. I recommend Facet of Sacrifice since you will have alot of melee charges to proc it.
