PvERockets embed themselves in struck targets and periodically eject incendiary fuel that inflicts Scorch. The longer this weapon goes without firing, the more fuel the next rocket contains. Strong against [Stagger] Unstoppable Champions.

Build Details
My goal was MINIMAL EFFORT and MAXIMUM EVERYTHING! Almost like Titans, but less crayons. :)
SUMMARISE: Use an arc primary and the dodge/melee with the correct setup to get great adclear, survivability and all anti-champion types. You get radiant, severing, blinding, ignition, slow, freezing, weakening, jolting and a decoy in one build. Exept using an arc Primary, weapon types is free to adjust to the content. I recommend Special grenade-launcher for the weakening(artifact mod) or one-two punch shotgun. I usualy use an exotic Heavy.
THE LOOPS are super basic, you basicly just shoot with your arc primary and dodge/melee in close combat. But lots of buffs/debuffs, explotions and anti-champion effects are going on.
Insert the ASPECTS and FRAGMENTS then forget about them. Activate the ARTIFACT MODS from Act 1 as above.
From Act 2 you'll need "The thick of it", "Curative orbs" and "Arc compunding" mods. Use the weapon mods for the anti-champion type you need.
VOLATILE TONIC: the yellow one that boost "Retinal burn" is good, AoE blinding.
EXOTIC CLASS ITEM: Caliban/Liar.
- If you don't have have that combo or a similar one, I would recommend Duskfield grenade, Liturgy grenade-launcher with chillclip and the Winter's Shroud Aspect to freeze stuff. The shatter damage will destroy stuff when you melee.
DODGE/MELEE LOOP: You will dodge and melee. Repeat until stuff is dead.
1.What will happen is you dodge to slow/freeze/threaded specter. Effects: slow against overload champions and debuff targets(Facet of Courage fragment/Conductive Cosmic Crystal artifact mod) so your arc melee do more damage. Freeze against unstoppable champions. Your melee will delete most ads with pure damage/explotions/shatter. You will get Radiant and a few treadlings will pop out of the exploded Threaded specter that was Decoy. Small health from combination blows.
ARC WEAPONS: You will shoot. Repeat until stuff is dead.
1.The artifact mods/fragment will work as a blanket buff to boost damage, sever, blind enemies and to create Ionic traces that can be turned inte armor charge. Voltshot and Jolting Feedback helps the "Trace Evidence" mod. Rapid precision hits will blind and sever enemies.
- I recommend Riskrunner or any Voltshot weapon you have. I have not tried with Indebted Kindness yet so I'm unsure of ammo economy.
ARMOR CHARGE: This is the FUEL for your arc primary!!! No armor charge > no blinding > less damage with arc damage against blinded targets.
ARMOR MODS: I use 3 Heavy Handed mods to get an orb of power for every melee kill. 2 is good enough if you want a reloader mod instead. Arc siphon, Reaper, Elemental charge and Charged up to help with armor charge. Recuperation for health! Us free slots as you wish.
GRENADE: Grapple, mostly for movement tech, Duskfield if compensating for exotic class item. Free to chose depending on content/burn modifier
SUPER: Use what fits the activity and what buff you want from Facet of Purpose when picking up orbs of power.
STATS: Tier 10 resilience and discipline. Around tier 6 recovery and intellect. Mobility and strenght feeds into each other when using Combination blows and Gambler's dodge, but use the stats you have left for mobility since you start the loop with a dodge.
