Health: 10 from Whisper of Conduction - 120 from base t5 brawler armor + Synthos (130) - 40 from 2 armor fonts (170) - 15 from legs and class item stat mods (185) - 3 artifice stat tuner (200)
Super: 10 from Whisper of Conduction - 95 from base t5 brawler armor + Synthos (105) - 1 artifice stat tuner (110) - 2 fonts (150)
End with 200 melee 200 health and 150 super
Your armor needs to be brawler with a super tertiary for all of this
For your artifice-like stat mods on t5 armor take away from class.
This is a general PvE build, not meant for raids though it also hasn't been tested in them either.
