Build Details

How It Works

TFS: Episode 1 (Hunters Journal Artifact)

This is a new, viable void Titan build that does not rely on consecration! As of 08/30 it has limited testing but so far, really good dependable build with alot of synergy.

Abilities:

  • Twilight Arsenal: Very powerful and buffed super for burst damage.
  • Barricade: Use what you like
  • Jump: Use what you like
  • Shield Throw: This is the center of build. It takes getting used too as tracking is not great. However it will give you Overshield, make targets Volatile, and Weaken targets! Get good at using it and its really good here. The weaken will feed a lot of other synergy in build and artifact.
  • Vortex Grenade: Very powerful grenade. In this build it will weaken targets, create orbs, and create Void Breach for you. The orbs and breaches will feed your Devour and the weakening will feed your artifact mods providing extra Overshield and Damage from void sources.

Aspects:

  • Controlled Demolition: This aspect facilities extra damage through volatile and provides both Shield Throw & Vortex grenade with the ability to cause volatile.
  • Offensive Bulwark: This aspect gives you extra survivability, melee damage, and regen. While you have an Overshield grenades recharge faster, melee damage range/damage is increased, and melee final blows will add more Overshield.

Fragments:

  • ECHO OF HARVEST: When you kill weakened targets it creates orbs & void breachs. This feeds devour (health & grenade regen)
  • ECHO OF STARVATION: Picking up a void breach or orbs will give you Devour. The main source of health regen and survivability of this build.
  • ECHO OF PERSISTENCE: Makes it much easier to keep Devour up during lulls in the fight.
  • ECHO OF UNDERMINING: Your void grenades are another source of weaken.

Fragment Notes:

  • Depending on preference you may want to change UNDERMINING to INSTABILITY. This would sacrifice the extra weaken from grenades for making the Choir of One have volatile rounds.

Artifact Mod:

  • Void Hegemony: When you defeat weakened targets you get extra Overshield. Overshields help survivability but also feeds Offensive Bulwark.
  • Expanding Abyss: Provides void damage buff to weakened targets. Buffing both ability damage, volatile damage, and void weapon damage.
  • Elemental Siphon: provides extra breachs which grant devour
  • Radiant Orbs: Further increase weapon damage
  • All the Autorifle perks: Provides Overload Shot, Reload to Choir, and DMG Resist from Choir on beefer targets.

Exotics:

  • Second Chance: Time to dust this one off. This gives you an extra Shield Throw. It gives your Shield Throw weaken and Anti-Barrier capability.
  • Choir of One: This things is awesome as of 08/30/2024. I expect nerfs. However you can use it as a primary with ammo mods on armor. It does great damage and has really solid burst damage.

Other Weapons:

  • Top Slot=Primary: Use Unstoppable capable weapon or whatever weapon you like here.
  • Middle Slot= Special: Choir of One.
  • Bottom Slot= Heavy: Use your best void legendary heavy's here. Edge Transit and Choir of One combo is pretty nutty.

Armor Mods:

  • Head: I have been using double special ammo finder and void weapon siphon. I have had no issue with heavy ammo doing this and it does seem to help keep Choir fed. Choir will make you max orbs which feed your devour and surge mods.
  • Hands: Built into melee regen and firepower. Firepower makes orbs for devour, although may be a little redundant with UNDERMINING and HARVEST creating orbs. If you use INSTABILITY in place of UNDERMINING though I do believe firepower will be more important.
  • Chest: Here we are running double void reserve mods and one resist mod. You may get by with just one reserve mod and double resist mods, but if not you will have to periodically use primary to generate ammo bricks. I would say either works. Devour, Overshields, and Sustained Fire artifact mods do a good job at keeping you alive.
  • Legs: I suggest double Void Surge Mods and one Void Scav mod here.
  • Class Item: Time Dilation is a must. I built into melee regen otherwise but you could also do one melee regen mod and a special finsiher mod.

I prioritized: RES> STRENGTH> DISCIPLINE

Gameplay Loop

Use Shield Throw, Grenade, and Choir of One to apply weaken, volatile, and burst damage everything.

Make sure to pick up orbs/breachs to start and help maintain Devour.

Start engagement by picking up orbs ASAP which can be created in many different ways. Also make sure to Shield Throw larger groups as much as possible as soon as you can.

CHAMPS:

  • Unstop= Recommend using a primary weapon for stun
  • Overload= Choir of One
  • Barrier= Shield Throw
