How It Works

TFS- Episode 1

UPDATE: 09/23: This build works great with Tommys Matchbook. Red Death can be redundant!

Titans got it rough in TFS Episode 1 comparatively. In particular with survivability in a lot of cases. This build focuses on harnessing Scars and Red Death to combat that in harder content.

By getting kills with Red Death we get both the Restoration X 1 from Scars on each kill and the Restoration X 2 from Red Death on multi-kills. Since these burst heal around you, you also proc Ember of Benevolence making your abilities charge faster.

Any grenade will work.

TEAMS:

  • Use Ember of Benevolence for ability regeneration.
  • Healing bursts from Scars and Red Death will make Benevolence work.
  • If you sub Red Death for other solar weapon, IE Luna's Howl (HC+ INC) with Dragon's Breath, you can increase ignition damage but will proc ability regen less due to less healing bursts from only Scars.
  • Make sure subbed weapons create and spread scorch.

Solo:

  • Trade Benevolence for Ember of Searing to get your melee regeneration up for Consecration.
  • If you sub out Red Death here make sure your weapons create and spread scorch as much as possible.

Required Abilities, Fragments, Aspects:

  • Teams= Benevolence, Consecration, Empryean
  • Solo= Searing, Consecration, Empryean

Recommend:

  • Top Slot Weapon: The Call with demo and desperate measures.
  • Middle Slot: Must be a good solar weapon. Recommend Tommys Matchbook! Red Death helps over heal and is good. Sunshot should work well with this build, it would heal from Scars and extend RESTORATION with EMPYREAN. Sunshot may stack timer faster too.
  • Heavy: Apex Predator or Dragon's Breath always good but any will work. Solar preferred here for synergy.
  • Recommend double solar weapon surge mods to maximize kills with solar weapons.
Gameplay Loop

Kills with solar weapons heal you and team mates. Healing helps ability regen. Red Death helps you with extra healing.

  • Teams: Multi-kill with Red Death grants RESTORATION> Empyrean helps extend RESTORATION> healing bursts from Red Death that heal allies procs Benevolence and ability regen.
  • Solo: Red Death RESTORATION from kills> Empyrean helps extend RESTORATION> abilities/heavy spread scorch> Searing grants melee energy regen and firesprites.

NOTES: You can switch EMBER OF ASHES for EMBER OF SEARING on Teams build to help get more regen for melee. Also you could switch EMBER OF ASHES for EMBER OF SOLACE to make it even easier to keep RESTORATION up.
