Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.
Build Details
Standing in the storm and firing causes the target to become slowed and frozen while Polaris lance lights it up. With fever and chill you're also basically permanently radiant and radiant shrapnel gives you extra damage too. Use weapons with demolitionist for greater grenade uptime and rimestealer for frost armor. You should get your grenade back often enough that you can move around decently consistently too. Use the healing grenade because it has the fastest cool down and also can be used as a healing grenade in a pinch. Focus on weapons and class stats for extra damage and access to the rift more often. Decent grenade stat is important but no need to go over 100.
