Destiny 2 Warlock BuildRainbow Blade
PvE[Heavy Attack] : Throw your Praxic Blade, which will seek out multiple targets. Attacking recalls the Blade while it is in flight. [Heavy Attack] : Hold to perform a more powerful throw, sending the Blade on a straight path in the direction of your aim. Releasing the button recalls the Blade.
Final blows from Kinetic weapons create an explosion in the element of your equipped Super that deals damage and applies a matching elemental effect: • [Arc] Blinds targets. • [Solar] Scorches targets. • [Void] Weakens targets. • [Stasis] Slows targets. • [Strand] Severs targets. Elemental final blows temporarily increase the explosion's size. Precision final blows always maximum the explosion's size.

Customize the build for what you want. With winter's wrath, you can get frost armor on orb pickup and also apply slow with kinetic weapon explosions because of chromatic fire. Combined with the artifact perks singularity blade and void infestation, if you have devour active you will be able to weaken targets, slow them with chromatic fire's effect, and also exhaust them with the swordmaster's four piece set bonus effect. To take full advantage of the elemental effects, run the refraction core. I like the refurbished A499 in the heavy slot because it can take advantage of chromatic fire's perk as well. Energy slot weapon is up to you.
If you prefer, you could run any other super (except nova bomb because that'd just double up on weaken we get from the artifact perks) to apply any effect that makes sense for the activity you're running. Stormtrance blind/bolt charge is okay. Restoration/scorch with song of flame is nice. Frost armor/slow and woven mail/sever are great effects if you equip winter's wrath or needlestorm. I originally used needlestorm, but find I enjoy the build more with winter's wrath even though it's not my favorite super.
For the facets, you can swap courage out for whatever makes the most sense with what you're running. It's dealer's choice on that one. Facet of hope can be good for class ability regen, bravery can be good if using a void weapon in the energy slot. Use whatever makes sense for the activity you're running, the super you choose, and your playstyle.
Use arcane needle or storm grenade to proc devour. Hit things with the praxic blade and watch elemental explosions everywhere. Bonus points if you've gotten precision final blows with your energy/heavy weapon first as the elemental blasts will be bigger. Not meta but still fun :)
