Your Sunshot gives a bunch of firesprites, and if you pick up a firesprite you get restoration. If you use your melee like the Aspect of Concentration says, your melee will scorch targets. Defeating a scorched target gives you melee energy. Your gloves will make it so your melee's do a bunch of damage.
