Build Details
The build works better with Stoicism exotic class item with the roll - Spirit of Abeyant and Spirit of Synthoceps but will still be viable with Synthoceps or Abeyant Leap
This build focuses on suspending enemies infinitely, rendering them useless, then one punching them out of existence.
The aspect that drives this build to glory is Drengr's Lash, which, on activation of your class ability shoots out 3 projectiles, suspending any enemy in it's way. We can also use our chosen grenade ability, Shackle Grenade, to apply this debuff as well. This allows us to use any weapon or attack on the enemies without being contested.
The main damage dealer of this build is Thunderclap, which deals massive amounts of damage when charged up, and as our enemies are suspended, we get a free pass to use Thunderclap on the suspended enemies. This is further buffed by our exotic armour of choice, Synthoceps, which makes you deal 165% more damage on your melee and super when surrounded by 3 enemies, and lingers for 4 seconds afterwards. We also buff our damage even further with the fragment, Facet of Courage, which applies a damage buff to light damage on an enemy inflicted with a darkness debuff, which with always be active when targets are suspended.
The ways we make this build practically unkillable is the aspect, Knockout, which will grant us the Amplified buff when defeating targets with a melee, which plays into some Fragments used in the build, but more importantly, Knockout also grants us a massive health siphon on melee eliminations, which is increased by the power of the enemy, which is the primary way we will be killing enemies. The Facet of Purpose grants us a buff based on the element of our super on an Orb of Power pickup, our super is Twilight Arsenal, which will grant us Void Overshield, which grants us additional health, as it is a void super. The Facet of Protection will also reduce damage taken from combatants when surrounded, which gives us that little bit more survivability.
Our abilities recharge considerably quickly due to the Facet of Hope fragment which grants us a large increase in class ability regeneration when we have an elemental buff, which we will have all the time. The Facet of Balance also grants us increased melee energy on light element kills, and increased grenade energy on dark element kills. Our chosen exotic weapon, Monte Carlo is also an important source of melee energy regeneration as any damage dealt to an enemy with it grants us melee energy, and any kill with it gives a chance to fully replenish our melee ability as well, which will proc more often that you might think.
Our Artifact Perks and Armour Mods also help increase the builds potential by giving us more ability regeneration, damage reduction, more Orbs of Power, and increased damage potential and elemental buffs.
Use your class ability or your grenade ability to suspend enemy combatants.
Charged Thunderclap the suspended enemies.
Use the Monte Carlo weapon to recharge melee energy quickly when necessary.
Repeat.
