Destiny 2 Hunter BuildBlocking hunter
PvE[Heavy Attack] : Throw your Praxic Blade, which will seek out multiple targets. Attacking recalls the Blade while it is in flight. [Heavy Attack] : Hold to perform a more powerful throw, sending the Blade on a straight path in the direction of your aim. Releasing the button recalls the Blade.
Guarding with your Arc Staff does not consume extra Super energy. [Super] : Cancel Arc Staff early, temporarily increasing Arc weapon damage and creating a blinding burst. Reflected attacks increase the damage of the burst, extend your Super, and deal additional damage.

Build Details
Utilizing blight ranger for super we can block pretty much anything. Koregos' Laser Enemy Projectiles The fog etc.
Combined with the reflect potential of the praxic blade means we can maximize the amount of time we can block. Roughly 33 seconds all together. Additionally when exiting block you will gain 3 seconds of +50% dr.
Temptation's Hook is here to fullfill a damage role that is arc. It can be swapped for whatever option fits best. But a sword that can do medium and close range is pretty good in my opinion.
