Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

Build Details
The gameplay loop pretty much says it all. Toss out a bleak watcher and try and get devour. From there, you just slay out to get grenade energy back and throw more bleak watchers. Everything on the field will be slowed or frozen. Spam abilities and shoot enemies until everything is dead.
