Rifts periodically release Arc shockwaves. Final blows with these shockwaves create an Arc explosion. While an Arc Super is equipped, the shockwaves and subsequent explosions blind nearby targets. Rift energy recharges faster when you are surrounded by targets.

Build Details
The whole gameplay loop of this build is running into groups of adds and getting a rift down. This will blind them all, allowing you to take them out with ease. This build will struggle against long range or floating enemies liek the dread flying bats or shriekers. But in content where you have aggressive ground based enemies, this will stop them in their tracks.
The weapons can be extremely flexible with this build. You get a ton of abilities and supers as well thanks to how often you can put down a rift, which procs lots of mods help our abilities and super cooldown. Just a really fun and effective build.
