Build Details
This build is incredible at locking down the battlefield. Your shurikens can now freeze in one hit, giving them more utility than ever. They make a stasis crystal on impact, which we can shatter for AOE damage. The shuriken slows so can stun overloads, and freezes so can stun an unstoppable. And thanks to facet of dawn, it will also give you radiant so your weapons will have anti barrier rounds.
Because we pair this with prismatic, we can get our melees extremely often with transcendence. The melees build darkness transcendence very quickly, and we get bonus light trans from facet of devotion. We also make stasis shards with facet of awakening and can also make void breaches with a void weapon which are helped out by the artifact mod "served cold". Hail the storm also makes our crystal shatters deal increased damage and send out slowing shards of ice.
This build has incredible ability up time and is great in all manner of content!
1, Throw melee to freeze and slow everything. 2. Kill frozen enemies 3. Dodge near enemies to get melee back 4. Freeze them all again
