Exotic Combat BowArrows fired quickly after a full draw become poison arrows. Precision hits with poison arrows stun the combatant and spread poison to nearby ones. Strong against [Disruption] Overload Champions.
Using an ability (grenade, melee, or Barricade) empowers the other two abilities. Empowered means abilities have faster regen, melees and grenades do more damage, and Barricades have more hit points.

Build Details
This build is going to mainly depend on your uptime with your barrier and the use of the Le Monarque void exotic bow. The downside to this build is you are usually glued to your barrier but that’s the beauty of it, your barrier in this build using storms keep is going to let you constantly generate bolt charges, at 10 stacks of bolt charge your next attack will summon a lightning bolt that deals big damage. Since the bow does chip damage you can hit one target and wait for your bolt charges to build and then the chip damage will trigger the bolt. The bow itself will still be good for general dps and applying weaken to surrounding enemies.
This build is crazy strong for soloing end game content. How to use 1.place a barrier to start generating bolt charge 2.throw a grenade to proc. your inmost light exotic perk 3. Use Le Monarque to debuff and lightning strike your targets 4. Place youe barrier again to continuously build your bolt charges 5. Use your melee in enemies as the get too close, usually thralls or other rush in enemies 6. Rinse and repeat till things are dead.
I would use this build as much as you can, while you can. I predict bungo will nerf the storms keep artifact mod into oblivion because we are having too much fun with it.
