Increases Glaive reload speed and melee damage when surrounded. Glaive melee final blows overflow a round to the magazine. Glaive projectile final blows detonate in an explosion.
Build Details
Brachyura - the scientific group including most crabs. Triton Vice looks like a big crab arm. And the approach to this seemed armored and stealthy...seemed fitting.
The main strategy here is to set yourself up to be safely surrounded, to go wild glaive meleeing tough targets with Triton Vice's 100% damage boost.
The layers we employ include:
- decoys
- invisibility
- overshields
- Several sources of damage reduction and
- of course, glaive shields
In-Depth Explanation
The simplified loop is
- Get a couple add kills with your primary for an overshield and invisibility
- Dodge for a decoy
- melee a tough target for radiant and weaken
- Glaive
But once you get that down, some other tips to increase your potency are
- if using slice and close to melee perks, mix in some of that.
- once you get volatile rounds from your primary, you can apply it to a mob and finish them with glaive melee for invisible
- for transcendence balance, do use your glaive shots for yellow bars sometimes
