Exotic Auto RifleDealing damage with this weapon reduces your melee cooldown and grants a chance to fully charge your melee ability with each kill.
Legendary Sidearm
Weapon precision hits or final blows have a chance to load a Kinetic Exodus micro-missile. Activating your class ability fires loaded Exodus micro-missiles. Damaging targets with Exodus micro-missiles temporarily increases the damage you deal with other micro-missiles and Rocket Launchers.
Build Details
You might glance at this build and think it is unfocused. But there is logic to this beyond maximum chaos.
My issue with most Consecration builds was the lack of good boss damage at range in harder content. Hazardous Propulsion, a rocket side arm, and a heavy rocket solve that.
Constant Consecration Even without an exotic armor buffing melee damage, Consecration one shots quite a lot of enemies. Monte Carlo procs its full 5x perk on Consecration fyi. So you are often doing a consecration, and mop up a few you missed or are on low health with Monte Carlo, and have melee energy back.
Sympathetic Ability Recharge The main reason we are going fire and stasis on this is that, with Facet of Awakening, your grenades recharge your melee, and your consecration melee (and your side arm) recharge your grenade. Secondarily, of course this gives balance to charging transcendence.
Fragments As noted, Awakening is key for grenade recharge especially. Ruin is very useful as we are double dipping into ignitions and stasis explosions. Dawn is another way we are increasing weapon damage for the big boys, but you could also just go with the seasonal artifact and orbs. Purpose and Protection are of course added defense, but not essential for how this build works.
Super Choice While the super is really flexible here, the best ranged damage augmenting one is Twilight Arsenal. In more regular content I find that Twilight Arsenal, radiant, Hazardous weapon boost, a bait and switch Apex is plenty though and often go with the Stasis super.
Apex Predator Note that this site seems to be missing the updated perks. I am using a crafted reconstruction and bait and switch Apex Predator. But if farming the Raid isn't on your to do list, the curated Ascendency with Explosive Light in the Monument to Lost Lights will be great too.
As the situation calls for:
Consecration slam or grenade and rocket side arm any big group or ugly yellow bar.
Mop up any stray red bars with Monte Carlo to get your melee energy and charge rockets.
For any harder targets: 1) use any melee for radiant 2) Hazardous Propulsion rockets 3) Thank Failsafe for the rockets 4) If on a bait n switch Apex, cycle through each weapon
For the hardest targets, add your super or transcendence to the mix.
Clean up orbs and elemental pickups.
