Destiny 2 Titan BuildAnti Champion Prismatic
PvEAll shoulder charge abilities (Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike, or Shield Bash) deal bonus damage when activated in the air. Damaging mini-bosses, Tormentors, or Champions with your shoulder charge refunds your melee. Provides a small benefit to the airborne effectiveness stat of all weapons.
Build Details
Most people know about the void Peregrine Greaves build that can 1 shot champions up through GM level content. While I do like this build, I don’t love the survivability that you get from it, so I aimed to recreate this build but on prismatic.
And while this build doesn’t 1 shot in GM level content, it gets really close so all you have to do is deal a bit of damage before sprinting in with your shoulder charge. With Peregrine Greaves any shoulder charge ability will deal 225% more damage but on minibosses like champions, they will deal a whopping 1000% more damage. Sadly with prismatic we don’t have shield bash which does the most base damage, but we do have Hammer Strike which is still pretty strong.
So we take knockout to buff the damage we can do with our powered melee by 50%, then bring Facet of Courage to deal an additional 10% to a target with a stasis debuff. We can now use our shackle grenade to suspend, diamond lances to freeze, or you can get rapid precision hits to sever which will all activate this buff.
So the Gameplay loop goes like this, Start to weaken the champion to about 80% health, critically wound an enemy to activate knockout, then suspend, freeze, or sever the champ to activate that darkness debuff. Finally run for at least 2 seconds, then jump in the air and hammer strike to obliterate that champion.
In the off chance you didn’t deal enough preliminary damage, quickly hit the finisher to finish them off. This is also why I run Proximity ward and healthy finisher to keep you alive while you finish them off.
In Master level and easier content, you will simply 1 shot the champion so no need to worry.
